This award honors a student transition or early professional working within the field of entomology who has demonstrated excellence, leadership, and creativity in extension, outreach and public engagement.  

The nominee must be a current ESA Student Transition or Early Professional (ECP) member.  Eligible members can apply the year following their terminal degree (B.S., M.S. or PhD.) or within five years of degree completion. A Student member who has recently graduated in the year of nomination is considered a Student member through the end of the calendar year and therefore does not qualify for this award. The nominee may belong to any area of entomology, but must be practicing entomology.

All submissions are due by 11:59 PM Eastern on June 1. You are able to save applications and come back  to them prior to the deadline; however once you have submitted your application you will not be able to edit. If you need to make changes after you have submitted contact awards@entsoc.org.
