This award encourages MUVE student members to attend the annual meeting to promote interest in entomology and help connect new attendees to current members. Expenses paid include travel, free hotel arrangements (up to five-nights), free meeting registration, ground transportation reimbursement and a per diem allowance. In addition to travel and registration, at least two MUVE members will serve as mentors to the recipients during the meeting and assisting in making connections throughout the society and different areas of interests.
